i know your a canuck so the U. S . may be different but i have tried lots of different sleep meds and ive never heard of this stuff .
ive tried
ambien
ambien cr
sonata
lunesta
remeron
tarazadone
etc.
let me know what you find out about this stuff please .

edit oops i didnt know that is the actual name for the name brand lunesta lol
i take a 3 mg pill which is the the highest dose as far as i know . its pretty good but not a miracle drug , ive slept as little as 3.5 hours after takeing it and as high as 6.5 hours if taken in the am after a midnight shift but ive slept as much as 8.5-9 hours at night on it . i dont have any side effects to speak of but swallow it quickly before you taste it lol.

ive taken ambien but i get used to it and it makes me stupid during the day after using it for a while. my mother notices the same sides. i start to like loose my vocab and shit lol. i tried lunesta, it sucked and made all my food taste like medicine. xanax make me sleep for like 2 days straight so those are no good.

ambien CR makes me groggy the next day... one 10 mg tablet of regular ambien feels great. u are supposed to be able to dedicated 7 or 8 hours of sleep on it if ur gonna use it though. ambien cr is supposed to keep you alseep.... i hate it...unless ur planning on sleeping 10 hours. lunesta is supposed to make you sleep a very long time... my psychiatrist prescribes me to 10 mg of regular ambien and i sleep 8 perfect hours a night and wake up refreshed. it is timed to a T of 8 hours when I use it!

ive had clinical insomnia my whole life. never found a good solution. sucks to be us.
