Got back from the K-1 last night
Decent event
Best fight was definately the Commonwealth Muay Thai Title fight between holder Andy Howson and Peter Crooke's lil bro, Reece at 55kg

Anyway results as follows

Qtr finals:

Gordon Minors Def Nick Sheppard on Pts*
Chris Batcheldor Def Duncan Airle James on Pts
Jamie Zicic Deaf Rob Lloyd via Ref Stoppage
Gary Turner Def Steve Jones Via TKO (Corner threw in towel)

*Gordon was too injured to carry on so Sheppard went through

Mark Lee vs John Wincot (Muay thai fight)
Mark Lee (had alot of bad attitude) won on pts

Semi Final
Nick Sheppard Def Chris Batcheldor by KO round 2
Turner beat Zicic after round 5!! (they drew and drew the decider, everyone thought zicic won but turner got the decision)

Special fight Karate vs Kung Fu
Paul Newby Def Kasim Khan via TKO

Commonwealth Muay Thai Fight
Reece Crooke def Andy howson via unanimous decision
Fight of the night imo

K-1 Final
Gary turner def nick sheppard round 1 via Leg kick ko
YAY SMILER!!! He's the man! Unfortunately didn't get to chat with him much last night but will prolly see him soon hehe
