Most likely, you my have a mild infection OR a small clot. You need to get this checked right away. Unless your doctor asks specifically, you may not have to tell him. Also, he is bound by the Doctor/Patient protection act. He spills the beans on your steroid use, you make enough money to live very comfortably off his dime.

Co-sign. Growin this has happened to several of my training associates. Get you're ass to a Dr ASAP if you're in doubt. Probably a simple infection but it needs attention. Shit you have had one hell of an experience on this cyc. I hate too hear this news. If it is any comfort, I well said that the folks I know who have had this sort of problem all used nolva and a week of anti-B's knocked it out. One guy waited a week before seeking a Dr the infection swollen his left nut up until he could bearly walk. It has never happpened to me, but my spermatic cord aches like hell 2-3 weeks into PCT as things crank up again. I also get lumbar pains during PCT with nolva, but it's only for a couple of weeks.
