 Treadmill - flat versus incline


I am trying to lose bodyfat. I am wanting to know which is better for losing body fat on the treadmill, leveled versus incline position.

I read that incline would definetly work your muscles out more but I can only run half the time that I can on a leveled treadmill.

So is it better to run longer or incline to lose fat faster?

1. Less intense and longer, or 2. more intense and shorter both reduce bf. I like #2 better. When I cut I jog for 35 mins and it is intense. I tried walking fast for an hour but it is too boring for me, so I like more intense and shorter.
