 soccer and loosing mass

i am scared that playing soccer may cause more muscle loss in PCT, i have a match tonight,so what is the best to do,workout then go to the match or take this day as a rest day and only play the match?? any ideas or advice?

Definately don't workout before your match if you want to be 100%. I would just do the match and thats it. Thats a workout in itself. Or if you feel you have to workout, workout AFTER your match.

I would recommend the same.

There you go. Or dont play soccer. Also, dont train after the game as it will have no anabolic effect at all. You will be weak.

I agree with what everyone said. I've tired it before and just decided to build my workout schedule around it. I was weak after a game and was almost pointless to be at the gym.

However, if your doing a lot of sprinting you should feel it in your core and prob not a bad workout.

All the guys I knew that played soccer were in the best shape of any sport. If you hit the weights soccer is a great way to get some fun cardio. I used to play but it was before I started lifting.
