barbell curl 5x5 incline dumbel curl 2x8-10 preacher curl 2x8-10
day 6: legs squat 5x5 leg press 2x8-10 legg ext 2x8-10 stiff deadlift 5x5 legg curl 2x8-10 calve exercise 5x15
I was wondering if this is a good routine?? I am not sure about: underarm exercise 5x15

imo i would do back and biceps together, with back getting most of the time and finishing off with a few sets for bi's, do this b/c when deadlifting u work your bi's. put tri's with chest since those 2 support each other in bench. throw shoulders in on chest day if you can, or make a new day for them.
