Does anybody know which are the best exercise in developing this shape around that section!Any tips

Dont mean to dissapoint you but this is a bodybuilding forum not magic show one

JUST PLAYING RELAX..

ok so diet you are saying is the MAIN key ,cool.

But surley u can(ill choose my words carefully)develop the lower half aiming towards this goals! and exercise that hits this section a lil more than others!

it really doesnt matter...stick with the basics...heavy weighted decline cruches, hanging leg raises (especially good for the lower abs), cable crunches, EZ bar roll outs are some good ones. Try any of them and tell me a certain area of your abs arent being worked.

your lower abs, your 8 pack, whatever, isnt even going to be visible unless youre damn lean...single digit bodyfat is a requirement, and you might not even see them at 8-9. so yes...diet and genetics are gonna be the main aspect here...you can do crunches all day and develop the most well built abs on the planet, but you wont see them if youre 20% bf.

As I understand it, there really is no such thing as upper and lower abs. Sure, there's the bottom half of your abs as opposed to the top half, but no exercise will develope one more than the other.

Stick with a variety of ab exercises to keep your abs well toned and developed. Unless you're very careful with your diet and can remain disciplined over a longer period of time, all the sits ups and crunches in the world aren't going to make your abs show through a thick layer of fat.

For a change, trying walking for an hour or so with a heavy pack. Its great cardio, while keeping your core including your abs under constant tension.
