me likes! I take much of that myself preworkout, I usually have like 7 or 8 tubs of powders out and I scoop em 1 by 1 into the ol' hatch. Im impressed with the fact that you guys knew enough to quench the free radicals produced by the Alcar with some ideb, though id recommend this be taken more like 1 hour pre workout, not directly before.

I'm sure everyone knows how good the old AmplifyO2 was..can't wait to get my hands on some of this stuff.

I've been taking the new Platinum Amplify02 for about four workouts now.

After taking NO-XPLODE, N30, Arsenal-X, and Pump Fuel for preworkout supplements; I can say without a doubt that i've seen the best results from Amplify02 ALREADY.

Great vascularity, incredible pump.. and i think it's been cutting down on my muscle fatigue.

HOWEVER, you do not feel the same cracked out caffeine feeling you do with NO-Xplode. For me, I've felt a calmer focus. So when you take it, pay attention to strength gains and pump. It's different than NO-XPLODE.

AMPO2 PLAT JOURNAL ENTRY 1

What's up everyone- I've been a member here since 2001. I don't post as much as I used to but still read the board almost everyday. Here are some pics from when I first joined the board- started here natty for a few years then hit up a few mild cycles- I have been clean since AUG 2005 and plan on taking a looong break. I decided to stay clean and just diet down to 6-8% bf and maintain it. I've been dieting hard for 7 weeks (double cardio/low carbs/keto). I purchased AMP02 platinum to give me a boost in energy/strength/ and fullness.
I used the original AMP formula and I loved it. Here is my first experience:

4:00- ate 25 g cho brown rice/ 40 g pro whey shake

4:30- took 10 AMP 02 CAPS

5:00- walked into the gym- I feel focused like a mofo- weird calm type of feeling

5:05- Feels much more intense- very amped- no jitters- I've been taking nootropics/smart drugs for 2 years off/on. The focused feeling is extremely pronounced! My energy levels are through the roof- I feel like superman.

I trained delts/triceps/traps/calves. I hardly rested between sets. I trained like a madman. You know you are flying when you rack your weights after every set instead of dropping them on the floor. My strength/endurance was very high also. Muscles looked very full throughout the workout (very strange despite the low carbs). I compare the energy levels to 50 mgs of ephedrine hcl/400 mg caffiene/5 mgs yo hcl. Without the jittery crack head feeling and shitty crash.

7:30- still going strong after 30 mins of hard cardio. My appetite is still decent. I still feel the strong focused effects but my heart rate isn't through the roof like the ECY. All in all it was a great experience. Next time I will eat earlier , I believe 30 mins is not enough time for the food to digest.

It had a brutal fight with my ** the night before. I was up late and got a terrible sleep.Fast forward to 3pm. I was feeling awful and rundown at this point after a bad day at work. I took 12 caps on an empty stomach.Took about 45 min for the full effect to kick in but all of a suddent I'm back to normal in terms of energy. I'm feeling warm as hell and all of a sudden have great energy and focus. Hit the gym and got great workout in. Far far better than I could have ever expected. Without the Amplify I would have been shot. Instead I managed to not only get to the gym but have a good workout.I have to say so far I'm really liking this product. One note however, I'll need to take 12 when I'm feeling a bit better. Looking forward to finishing the bottle.
