Whats the best way to mix hormone powder with filler before capping?

Say I was making 50, 20mg var caps i planned something like this.

Mix 1g var with 1g filler vigorously

Mix the 2g with another 2g filler

mix the 4g with another 4g filler

etc till you have mixed the whole lot and then pop into a zip lock back and shake like mad again?

Do you think this would be sufficient? Want them as accurate as possible

Also, Can I mix enough for 200-300 caps at once or should I do them 50 at a time?
