Hey guys

I just had a question regarding orals and preparing them. My question is what is the best way to prepare say dbol and nova? I've read everything from using oil, EC, 151 and peg; I've even heard you can make a non-supension liquid [like the one you see some research co's selling], but I've never seen the recipe for it.
