They have a leg press machine that has two seperate platforms and a squat machine that is on a weird angel.

Good stuff.

He doesn't even look like he's sweating?

I start dripping loading up the leg press machine....

I like that chest press machine, the way the grip goes in as you push up.

I saw that on TV, hes a machine for sure, but for some reason I wasnt really all that impressed (ok I was but, read on). His trainer was making him out to be a god among men. Fuck I mean its a hard ass workout but lets not get crazy.

He's just circuit training with light weights right? I just liked staring at that chick's jugs

I wonder if he hit that?

I did a similar workout 3 days a week for fourty-five minutes just before my 2 hr boxing workouts. I also did roadwork in the mornings. I got into good cardiovascular shape but my lifts stayed the same for almost a year. In the end I lost a lot off of my max lifts. I prefer to work on my cardio on the track and in the ring and try to improve my strength and power at the weight pile. Using the type of light weights he was using I was not impressed. If you go light and do reps it's no big deal when you do it often. A marathon is hell to a lifter but not for someone that trains for it. Guys that are a great mix of cardio and power always impress the hell out of me. I'm much more impressed with strongmen that can lift insane weight and still have respectable conditioning.
