Tweaked shoulder alittle on Friday. Still feels alittle not normal. Should I do shoulder lifts tomm?

When it comes to weightlifting/bb there's two joints I would never risk permanently injuring:
1. Shoulder
2. Knee
...so no I'd give it a rest. Describe what you're feeling in the shoulder.
