Hi
I have some 20mm vials and i'm doing my first brew, but what filters is best for me to use?
0.2 or 0.22 or 0.45...I'm not sure what they are refering to, can any of them be used with my vials?
also wondered, what is PVDF and whats best PVDF/Nylon/MCE??

i use pvdf (Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
depending on the size of your batch 20ml vials ar a pain to use. filter into a bigger vial (100ml) then seperate it out.

yes but 13mm diameter filters are much too small, makes for slower filtering and lessens filtering capacity.

use the 25mm

If your going to use syringe filter I would use 33mm improves flowrate!
