When converting powder to oil: After you mix the oil with your mixture of BA and powder, do you use a syringe with a needle on it to suck the oil into the 10cc syringe, and then take the needle off, put a whatman on, and then put a new sterile needle on? Or would you guys prefer to suck the oil up with just the syringe and no needle, then put the whatman on, then put a sterile needle on the whatman? Any help would be appreciated.
