Took my first dose Thurday night and Friday I was pretty sore. Not unbearable but it hurt pretty good for a glute shot after 7 hours. 250ml test e and 200ml deca. I used 15% BB to thin and 3% Ba and the oil is sesame. There is no lump but it is slightly swollen and a little warm but feels like a bruise. When I used Roschmann it was painfree. Any ideas where I went wrong? At this point I don't beleive it is an infection because pain is less than yesterday. Still learning so any feed back is welcome. |

You're fine. Stick the needle in another muscle next time. Don't inject in a swollen area.

so your brew is 250mg and 200mg /ml. in other words 450mg/ml? or you did a cc of each at 250mg/ml and 200mg/ml?
either way .45g of hormone for a first shot can be uncomny. but opver time youll aclimate to it and the discomfort will stop.
or you may have hit a nerve ending and caused the soreness. it happens.
